This ad is interesting for what it doesn't mention. By this time Disney has bought up, in secret, a lot of the surrounding real estate but it wasn't known yet who had bought the land and what their plans were.

This page was in the Milwaukee Sentinel, which carried this Disney comic, I'm assuming this was a nationwide campaign. The coloring page is actually rather nice
